A winter moment to imitate

At the Hotel Gassner****s, the pre-Christmas period is all about indulgence. The delicious mulled gin, lovingly served at the hotel bar by Lena, the hotel's newly qualified bartender, is the perfect accompaniment. From December 12, 2025, the hotel will open its doors for a fantastic winter season. Wonderful moments of happiness await you at Gassner, such as holding a cup of steaming mulled gin in your hands after a snowshoe tour, snuggling up in a soft blanket and watching snowflakes dance silently. Sonja, the hostess, reveals her personal favorite mulled gin recipe here – wonderfully aromatic and perfect for cozy evenings at home.

And if you prefer to spend your winter being active outdoors—perhaps on a guided snowshoe hike in the Hohe Tauern National Park or a thrilling ride down the world's longest illuminated toboggan run—then you should definitely check into the Hotel Gassner****s. There are more moments of happiness waiting for you there than you can count.
