A loving and conscious approach to nature and the support of local producers are important to us. We want our grandchildren’s grandchildren to be able to experience the winter wonderland of Sand in Taufers in the Ahrntal Valley – with its 80 three-thousand metre peaks dipped in white, 164 snow-covered Alpine pastures and 4 ski areas with guaranteed snow. Our kitchen philosophy demands the highest quality products from our own farm in Signat am Ritten, from the Taufrisch community farm in Sand in Taufers and from fair trade. We are already thinking today about the winter of tomorrow.

Skiworld Ahrntal with the Speikboden & Klausberg cable cars offers a variety of pistes of varying degrees of difficulty – from leisurely family runs to challenging pistes for experienced skiers. The impressive backdrop of the ‘7 Summits’ of the three thousand metre peaks in the Ahrntal with the Großer Moosstock (3,059 m) is (almost) at eye level on your descents. The sublime mountain world also watches over you on a pleasant ski tour to the Schauffler (2,265 m) or during your brisk skating steps in the wide valley basin of Rein in Taufers. Definitely an incomparable atmosphere for your winter holiday!
