In the āWild Eastā of South Tyrol lies the Ahrntal, where majestic peaks tower over small villages, forests have retained a mystical touch and waterfalls create a special energy. The Drumlerhof is located in the small community of Sand in Taufers. Ideal for hikers, mountain and outdoor fans. For all those who prefer a gentle approach to tourism!
Inside Rieserferner-AhrnĀ Nature Park, youāll find the lovely village of Sand in Taufers (Campo Tures), which is dominated by a picturesque castle. Tauferer Ahrtal is a tributary valley of the Pustertal (Pusteria) Valley located on the southern side of the mighty main Alpine ridge, with the Zillertal Alps and more than eighty peaks that tower more than 3,000 metres above. This water-rich region has green slopes that run high up to the glaciers and fantastic Alpine flora.
