Hotelier and chef Markus pays close attention to the origin and quality of the food, as the hotel is located in the herb village of Irschen, one of the first Slow Food villages worldwide. Homemade is key: tea, syrup, and jam – at the ‘Inn with culinary heritage,’ clean eating is the norm. The herbs and berries come from the immediate surroundings, and the products used are sourced from the local region. Quality you can taste.
