From our herb workshop to our mountain studio, we offer holidays with added value: Workshops at the heart of nature, herb-themed hikes, painting classes, hosts that are passionate about nature and happy to show you the Alps on guided tours. Our hotel is located at 1,600 metres, which means that there is a cool breeze even on the hottest days, boosting your sense of well-being and ensuring a pleasant temperature for a good night’s sleep.
Family hiking and mountain climbing – the area of Hochtannberg is a landscape paradise ober 1.600 m with impressive peaks and panoramic vies. In the middle: the Jägeralpe in Warth am Arlberg. Ideal base camp for different advnetures and torus: from the cosy family hiking to challenging mountain tours. It is also starting point for the famous “Lechweg trail”.
Immediate immersion in winter fun is possible – thanks to the location on the modern 6-seater ‘Jägeralp-Express’ cable car, you don’t have to spend hours trotting through the snow on your winter holiday at the Jägeralpe ski and hiking hotel, just step outside the hotel door. Skiing, freeriding, ski touring and many other activities can be enjoyed without too much effort, but with plenty of variety and action. After the winter adventure, however, regeneration has top priority: the sauna village, the relaxation rooms, our 31° warm sports pool and whirlpool loungers ensure soothing relaxation.
The Hochtannberg area is a landscape paradise at over 1,600 metres with mighty peaks and magnificent panoramas. In addition to the skiing experience in Austria’s largest ski area – Ski Arlberg – Vorarlberg, located on the border with Switzerland, offers further winter delights: the approximately 14 km long high-altitude cross-country ski trail on the Hochtannberg Pass guarantees cross-country skiers the best conditions for moderate laps or strenuous training sessions. Ice climbing on the majestic icefalls and guided snowshoe hikes with fantastic mountain views, including the Widderstein (2,533 m), complete the varied winter programme in the Warth-Schröcken region.
