Many people believe that this traditional dessert from Salzburg is complicated to make. However, this recipe for Salzburger Nockerl is surprisingly easy to follow. The delicate, fluffy dumplings consist of just a few ingredients: eggs, sugar, and flour. Vanilla sugar provides the special aroma, and cranberries round off the dessert in classic style.
