The hosts' culinary passion unfolds on the ground floor and in the cellar. This is where bacon, wine, and fine spirits are aged, including Manni's award-winning Argintum gin. On special occasions, Stefan cooks in the historic dining room—a seven-course menu made from regional and seasonal products. As you enjoy your meal, the history of the house resonates: how many people have eaten and drunk here over the centuries? Sparingly, festively, in silence or full of cheer?
But brothers Stefan and Manni take enjoyment even further: with the Genusshaus Mount Becher, they have created a place where cheese, coffee, beer, and spirits are produced – all handmade, all from the treasures of the Ridnaun Valley.
